Kassandra V. Garcia MSW, LICSW
Kassandra V. Garcia, MSW, LICSW, is a Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, with an emphasis on children, youth, and families. She has over fifteen years of experience working with children and families and has been a licensed counselor since 2014. Kassandra began her family counseling career working with children in foster care, and families and individuals involved in the juvenile, family probate, and criminal court systems. She went on to work as a clinical director of a non-profit agency, providing services to individuals facing the challenges of substance use disorders, homelessness, domestic violence, mental illness, and intellectual disabilities.

Kassandra is the founder of Elevation Therapy; a Mass counseling clinic where she has cultivated her passion for working with teens, young adults, and adults to help them overcome feelings of depression, anxiety, and past trauma, increase self-esteem, and learn ways to become more intimate and connected with themselves and others. As a family therapist, she also provides support to families in increasing communication and family functioning, with the goal of having healthier and more positive family relationships. Her approach is trauma-informed and she uses a variety of modalities including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral techniques, meditation, increasing inner self-worth, and empowerment skill-building.

Kassandra’s personal and professional growth has been greatly influenced by Brene Brown, the renowned clinical researcher of shame and vulnerability. She believes in creating a culture where people feel safe, seen, heard, and respected. Further, Kassandra believes that overcoming past trauma and creating safety where one can be vulnerable is the foundation of cultivating a healthy emotional relationship with oneself and others.
Kimberly (Kimmy) Moniz MSW, LCSW
Kimberly (Kimmy) Moniz, MSW, LCSW, is a Certified Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, with a focus on individual, family, and couples therapy. Kimmy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her work in community-based mental health care providing mentoring, in-home therapy, and outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
Kimmy takes a person-centered approach to treatment emphasizing individual and family strengths. She integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborate Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), Positive Parenting Program (PPP), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Kimmy believes that having a positive therapeutic relationship where one can be authentic and open is the key to a successful therapy experience. Kimmy is passionate about incorporating clients' interests into therapy and supporting healing holistically and collaboratively. She believes it is important to support and advocate for families in navigating the mental health and school systems.
In her spare time, Kimmy enjoys spending time with her dogs, playing/coaching volleyball, hiking, photography, and spending time with friends and family.
Nicole England LICSW, MSW
Nicole holds a master's degree in Social Work and is a licensed social worker. Prior to becoming a therapist, Nicole worked in several residential programs as a recovery coach helping women choose out of a lifestyle of drugs, prostitution, self-harm, trauma, and eating disorders. She is passionate about helping others find freedom through Christ because of her own experience with the radical and transformative love of God. In addition to faith-based counseling, Nicole is knowledgeable and practices many counseling approaches including CBT, DBT, Expressive Therapies, Parent-Child psychotherapy, and play therapy.
Her areas of specialty include working with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with life-controlling issues such as self-harm, emerging eating disorders, attachment disorders, substance use, ADHD, and social anxiety. Her theoretical framework is primarily informed by interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory.
Nicole enjoys spending time with her loved ones, laughing, and playing piano. In addition to her work as a therapist, she also works as a ministry director of a mobile shower unit providing hygiene options and access to a washer and dryer to unhoused members of the community in the Merrimack Valley.
John (Jack) Rafferty MSW, LCSW
John (Jack) Rafferty, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Certified Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University, with a focus on individual and family therapy. He has gained a wealth of knowledge from his experience working in school based mental health, home based therapy, and community mental health centers, with an emphasis on children, adolescents and families. He has a passion for creating therapy that is both beneficial and welcoming to anyone that he works with.
Jack believes in a person-centered approach to therapy and that people enter therapy with an immense knowledge of the things that they would like to work on with a collection of strengths that are invaluable to treatment. Jack integrates a collection of different therapeutic interventions in his work specifically built for the unique experience of each client. Those interventions are based on his training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Grief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Functional Therapy, and Trauma Informed Practice. He believes that constant learning is vital to a good therapist and is dedicated to learning and growing as a professional to ensure his practice is always the best it can be.
In Jack’s spare time he enjoys going on hikes with his dog, going to the beach, a good book, and spending time with loved ones.
Erica Alberti, LCSW
Erica is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) with an educational background in Psychology and Social Work. Her expertise and special areas of interest include Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD/ADD, and Autism. Erica has experience with both children and adults, and enjoys working with patients from all walks of life. She takes an integrative or holistic approach and believes in viewing patients from a “whole person” perspective. Erica also values helping her clients improve their quality of life as well as find love and compassion for themselves. Some of Erica’s therapeutic approaches include Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Integrative/Holistic, and Solution-Focused interventions.
